When discussing specific requirements for a project or solution requirement we would follow this process:
In order to gain an understanding of your requirements, constraints and budget, a thorough consultation is carried out.
Using all the appropriate resource we will work with you to ascertain the relevant information needed to identify the best solution/approach for your business requirements.
At this point we will then work to develop a scope of works outlining our proposed approach. This will deal with all aspects from procurement through to installation and will outline manpower required and costs involved.
At Wizard we are aware of how much of a hassle it can be to have to manage all of the software licensing required by your business, as well as the administrative headache of having to procure software and/or hardware. This has become an area of specialist focus for Wizard and is something we can undertake on your behalf.
We will take initial delivery of all hardware and software so that we may build and test it thoroughly first, to ensure it is functioning correctly before we install it on your premises. This minimises impact to your day to day business functions and prevents any installs being held up by faulty equipment.
Onsite installation is handled by one of your assigned engineers and overseen by your Account Manager to ensure the install goes as planned and on time.
Sign off is usually obtained a week or two after an installation, allowing enough time for all minor issues to be dealt with, without incurring additional charges.
