These established connections gives Wizard privileged access to the support teams of our partners, enabling us to easily escalate and resolve problems quickly on behalf of our clients.
As well as respecting the relationship with our own suppliers, Wizard also try to develop and maintain strong relationships with our client's other technology providers. We pride ourselves on being able to work exceptionally well with incumbent suppliers such that all involved parties are working harmoniously towards the same goal. This is particularly true in the case of the telecoms providers. Wizard now has excellent working relationships with both Vodafone and Blackberry (Research in Motion). By forming relationships with our client's other suppliers we try to avoid the blame culture that isall too common when multiple suppliers are involved.
Despite our best efforts to maintain good relationship with suppliers we will always regard our customer relationships as the highest priority. For this reason we remain product independent, preferring to uphold our promise to our clients over satisfying any supplier's requests. Our promise to uphold our client's best interests over our own or our supplier's interests ensures we can deliver the most suitable solution to your business, without compromise.
