Specialising in IT Support in London and Essex. Wizard was incorporated in 1995 and has since become one of the leading IT solution providers to Private Equity businesses in London and the Home Counties. Much of Wizard’s success is based on building strong relationships with our clients and offering solutions that meet the highest standards.

Wizard now manage and maintain the business critical systems on over 200 customer sites.

Our specialist expertise lies in infrastructure and network support for Private Equity and Corporate Finance organisations. With deals in progress systems cannot fail and connectivity to the servers and office must be maintained at all times; providing real time information and access to the back office team.

As well as being a certified Microsoft partner, Wizard also held membership status with the BVCA, and are the only IT company to achieve this privilege.

Philosophy / Values

We have always ensured that our prime objective is to stay customer focused and not sales / product focused. This approach ensures we understand the customer’s business and how that business is supported by the IT infrastructure. We take time to fully understand how the IT systems impact and affect each client’s business, people, requirements and budget, and then work with the client to develop the best possible solutions.

This deep understanding of our customers’ requirements enables us to be able to provide a high level of support built around the specific needs of our clients.

Our philosophy is to build relationships on trust and understanding, which in turn drives customer loyalty. 95% of our customers have come from referral, and there is virtually no customer turnover. Our approach is to operate without client contracts as the service record with customers stands for itself. This approach means we do not sell classic
support contracts but enable customers to call off time against a support block as and when required. This enables the customer to remain in control of costs, whilst ensuring that they have access to the very best support services when they are needed.

Another aspect of our ability to satisfy our customers is that we remain independent of any technology, and are therefore able to recommend appropriate and best solutions specifically for your business.

People Skills & Experience

Wizard do not employ a sales team, we prefer to have dedicated technical people with excellent communications skills, this enables the relationship between Wizard’s engineers / consultants and the client to blossom to the point where the products / services we offer are built around the customer requirements and not margin / sales promotions.
