IT account management is very important to us at Wizard IT.
A member of our technical UK based IT support team will be assigned to you as your personal account manager. Your technical account manager will be available to discuss day to day business and help you get the IT support you need.

We have extensive experience in most office software solutions and are also a Microsoft certified partner, so we are confident that we can help with all questions and queries.

Every customer is also assigned a second senior consultant/project manager that will oversee and maintain the core infrastructure, advise with your cyber security and be the point of contact for escalations and projects.
